DaMar is an independently owned firm that offers its customers the highest level of integrity in providing staffing solutions. Its founder, David Marth, started as a Recruiter in 1969. Rising through the ranks, he became VP of Operations for one of the world's largest staffing companies, a post he held for 13 years before founding DaMar.  Co-founder Juliet Hopper was National Director of Operations under Mr. Marth, and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of DaMar.

In 2003, Shirley Browne joined DaMar as an Equity and Managing Partner for its Indianapolis, Indiana expansion.  Ms. Browne was associated with the same International group as Mr. Marth for over 20 years, and was recognized repeatedly as an award winning Manager and General Manager in an organization with approximately 1,000 managers.

In 2005, DaMar added light industrial staffing services via LaborSource Industrial Staffing, LLC.  LaborSource operates in selected markets only, offering skilled and unskilled light industrial staffing on a direct hire, temporary-to-hire and temporary basis.
